Armed with a Degree in Hospitality Management and a career spanning two decades, Gladys transitioned from running her own successful restaurant for 12 years to founding Gee’s Catering Training Institute—a testament to her commitment to transforming lives through skills development.

Driven by the belief that “Catering skills are a passport to financial independence and personal fulfillment,” Gladys built the institute to equip youth, particularly women, with profitable, real-world skills.
